I used my Cricut to cut out the green circles and the lettering for "Dad." I also used the machine to cut out the ovals at the top of the card. I hand cut the triangles.
I was trying to make the shapes (behind the "Dad") look like ties. I can see it, but I'm not sure that anyone else can.

cute! i can totally tell they are ties. i'm impressed that you hand cut the triangles - i wouldn't have the patience for that.
